        Gulf Valve Casting Specialities FZE, incorporated in the year 2017 is dedicated to supply Highest Quality Specialized Casting as per Customer Needs on time in accordance with the Customer Standards & Requirements.

        GVCS manufactures and supplies steel Casting ranging from half a kilo to 4 Tons. The company adopts the latest technology processes like Continuous Casting, Automatic Loop Line Molding, etc. in the various stages of the production process, to ensure the highest quality for its steel Casting. Automatic molding line can produce upto 10-12 molds per hour with maximum size of 1800x1400x600/600 cake mold.

         Our Foundry is capable of producing Steel Casting for Valves, Pumps, Crushers, Mining, Aluminium Smelters and Engineering Industry in Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, Manganese Steel, High-Crome, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Special Steel as per customer request.
